Sora Dermocosméticos wants you to love your purchase. If something wasn’t as expected, we follow Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and keep the process simple, clear, and safe.

  1. Cooling-off period (online purchases)
    You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date you received the product. To exercise this right:

  • the item must be unused, sealed, in its original packaging, with all accessories and freebies included

  • request the return by emailing [comercial@soradermo.com.br] with the subject line “Cooling-off + order number”
    Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 7 business days after the item arrives and is inspected at our distribution center.

  1. Defective product
    If the product shows an apparent defect within 30 calendar days of receipt, contact us. For hidden defects, the period runs from the date the issue is identified. In line with the CDC, we may repair the item, replace it with the same product, or refund the amount paid. Cosmetics may be subject to technical analysis; photos and batch information may be requested.

  2. Exchange for a different item
    We accept exchanges of sealed, unopened products within 30 calendar days of receipt. Shipping costs may be shared depending on the case. To open a request, email [comercial@soradermo.com.br].

  3. Important conditions

  • Kits and orders with freebies must be returned complete

  • Pre-order items start their timelines on the delivery date

  • Quantity discrepancies, damage, or tampered packaging must be noted at delivery with photos of the box and product, and reported to us within 48 hours

  1. Purchases made on marketplaces
    Amazon, Mercado Livre, and other marketplaces follow their own policies. Use the order panel on the marketplace to request an exchange or return.

Who ships
Orders placed on soradermo.com.br are fulfilled by Sora Dermocosméticos, CNPJ 37.426.329/0001-29, from Álvares Machado, SP.

Processing time

  • Payment confirmation: up to 1 business day (Pix and credit card are usually immediate)

  • Picking and posting: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
    The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our logistics partners.

Shipping methods and tracking
We ship via Correios and partner carriers. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is posted.

Free shipping
Free shipping on orders of R$ 200.00 or more within Brazil. Conditions and regions may vary during seasonal campaigns.

Address and delivery attempts
Please review your details before checkout. Incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal may result in a new shipping charge for reshipment.

Pre-orders
Orders containing pre-order items are shipped from the scheduled release date. If your order includes both available and pre-order items, we will ship everything together on the release date. If you prefer split shipments, an additional shipping charge may apply.

Damage and discrepancies
Upon receipt, check the packaging. If you notice tampering, damage, or a missing item, record it with photos and notify us within 48 hours at [comercial@soradermo.com.br].
